This purple, mint green and lavender mermaid banner makes the perfect backdrop for a mermaid or under the sea themed girl birthday party.
Banner is made with premium cardstock paper and strung onto coordinating ribbon. Arrives fully assembled and ready to hang.
This banner comes on 2 strings. Circles can slide easily along ribbon to adjust where you want them.
Each scalloped circle measures 5″.
